One vital duty of a leader is the establishment of order in a system.

No system ever experiences progress without maintaining order.

Order takes its root in standards.

Where there is no standards the system will run into chaos.

It is absence of order that gives emergence to chaos.

Whenever you want to destroy chaos, introduce order.

Order is raising standards it is arranging things appropriately.

Order is foundation to progress disorderliness creates a zig-zag movement and this makes is difficult to measure progress.

Progress becomes near automatic the moment order is in place.

Progress literarily rides on the wings of order. It is the platform on which progress freely express itself.
